If you proceed to use this website you agree to abide by these rules. RETURN POLICY At Bombrys Ornamental Concrete, Inc., we want you to be satisfied, period! If you ever have a doubt or question about any of our products, PLEASE call us at 1-877-266-2797 or e-mail us at sales@bombrys.com first, before purchasing an item. This may save you money on shipping and restocking fees. We only allow a 10 day period after an item has been shipped to return an item. You must call us at 1-877-266-2797, Mon.- Sat. 9-5 EST to request return authorization. All items returned must be in original packing materials and /or container. Any returned item that was shipped freight-free will have the freight charge subtracted from your refund. Typical freight charges are 15% of your purchase price. A 20% restocking fee will also apply to any returned item. Any custom order is not returnable unless damaged in shipment. (Read all of our return policy first.) For your own benefit you should insure any item being returned. All items must be returned in undamaged, unused, new condition as it was delivered in the original packing. We cannot be responsible for any claims to merchandise returned to us that are damaged by the return shipper. Any item delivered either by UPS, FED-EX, DHL, Common Carrier or any by other means should be inspected by you. You are responsible to inspect for potential damage. You must note to the delivery person the possibility of damage on the bill of lading and follow whatever procedure the delivery company has. If you do not note possible damage as required by the shipper, we cannot honor claims against the carrier. If the carrier resists your claim of possible damage, do not accept delivery.
