1. Who is Bombrys Ornamental Concrete, Inc? We are a real brick and mortar business located in Toledo, Ohio. 2. How long have you been in business? At Bombrys Ornamental Concrete, Inc., we are the second and third generation of Bombrys’ to run the business. Bombrys Ornamental Concrete, Inc., started out in the 1950’s as “Bombrys Flowers and Gifts”. 3. Do your employees care? We at Bombrys Ornamental Concrete, Inc. are still a family-only business with no outside employees. Yes, we all care. 4. Who is responsible for shipping my item? We at Bombrys Ornamental Concrete, Inc., are ultimately responsible for your item being shipped. Some of our products are directly shipped from our suppliers and others are shipped from our retail store. (See Return Policy) 5. Do we wholesale? Yes we do, but only at our retail location in Toledo, Ohio. We manufacture over 700 items in concrete alone. Everything we retail, we wholesale. Wholesale is limited to qualified retailers with appropriate certification. No wholesale information is given out except in person at our business location. 6. Do you have a catalogue? No, we do not have a printed catalogue. Call us for what you are looking for. We can help. 7. What major companies do you handle?
